Job Summary
Lead the daily front office workflow and support the Patient Care Coordinator team while ensuring a luxury, concierge-level patient experience from first contact through follow-up. Close treatment plans, convert consultations, and drive consultation conversions, treatment plan acceptance, and Cherry financing utilization. Increase average ticket value, secure membership enrollments, and boost retail skincare sales by reactivating existing patients and following up on quotes. Monitor schedules to maximize provider utilization and minimize gaps, while performing quality assurance on patient follow-up, recalls, and reactivation campaigns. Partner with providers and leadership to achieve clinic revenue and patient satisfaction goals, serving as the point person in the absence of the Practice or Regional Manager. Mentoring newer consultants on sales techniques.
