Senior Patient Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate patient placement and movement throughout CommonSpirit Health facilities, including inpatient psychiatric units, by facilitating transfers to appropriate units and communicating with referring and receiving staff. Identify barriers to timely placement and resolve them through direct communication with leadership and care providers. Document all activities clearly to ensure effective information flow across the care team, Transfer Center, and hospital units. Perform these duties independently under clinical delegation from the Patient Logistics RN, Supervisor, Manager, and Director. Requires MA, LVN, or equivalent experience with at least two years in healthcare.
