Required Qualifications
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2
- Experience in a patient administration, bookings, or healthcare support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using hospital systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to support and mentor junior team members
- Previous experience in a senior administrative or team coordinator role
- Knowledge of patient pathways, referral systems, or RTT targets
- Understanding of information governance and confidentiality policies
- Experience working in a private hospital or clinical environment
