Job Summary
Senior Patient Account Representative to oversee billing for physician practices, interface with physicians and administrators to ensure financial growth and stability, monitor fee structures and third-party payer reimbursements, resolve complex billing situations, guide billing/clerical staff on billing and office/clerical functions, coordinate clinical documentation requests for timely appeals, develop and implement policies and procedures to facilitate billing and maximize case collections, review and recommend improvements for financial management of each billing area, and perform related duties as essential functions under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
