The role supports a broad set of revenue cycle activities across emergency, outpatient, and inpatient settings, and contributes to audits, compliance, and overall performance metrics. Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in revenue cycle/patient access
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology
  • CPT or procedure codes knowledge
  • Ability to develop training materials and programs for new hires
  • On-call and after-hours support ability
