Senior Pastor

Senior Pastor role responsible for preaching the bulk of sermons, planning and leading corporate worship for a multi-generational congregation, and providing leadership to the Leadership Team and staff to unify around a shared vision. Responsibilities include discipleship, pastoral care (baptism, marriage, healing, encouragement, spiritual direction), public presence in the community and denomination, and guiding the church through a season of change toward growth. The ideal candidate will have formal training in pastoral ministry, experience in pastoral ministry and organizational leadership, and be able to craft biblically faithful messages, design worship services, and shepherd a diverse congregation. Affirms ARC creeds and confessions, supports a biblical view of marriage, gender, and human sexuality, and meets ordination expectations. This role requires a pastor who can lead a church through revitalization, cast vision for the future, and empower a leadership team while maintaining pastoral care and community engagement.
