Job Summary
Preach and plan worship services on most Sundays, teach Wednesday evenings during the school year, and shepherd the flock alongside lay elders. Cultivate genuine love for the congregation, lead personal evangelism efforts, and manage administrative duties. Maintain consistent prayer leadership while serving a community of 30-35 family units with an average attendance of 100-120 people. Submit to the Lord Jesus Christ, obey His Word, and uphold the church's literal, historical, and grammatical interpretation of Scripture.
Required Qualifications
- Commitment to the accuracy and absolute authority of Scripture
- Commitment to the literal, historical, and grammatical interpretation of Scripture
- Belief that God receives all the glory in salvation because He initiates, carries out, and will complete it
- Belief that man cannot in any way assist in his own salvation but is fully dependent on the atoning work on the cross
- Belief that man is responsible to repent and trust in Christ alone for salvation
- Dispensational, pre-millennial, pre-tribulational eschatology
- Ability to work alongside lay elders to shepherd the flock
- Ability to be a consistent prayer warrior
- Ability to preach and plan the worship service on most Sundays
- Ability to teach on Wednesday evenings during the school year
- Ability to cultivate and display genuine love for the people
- Ability to be an example in personal evangelism
- Ability to perform administrative duties
