Preach Christ-centered, expository sermons weekly and lead Bible studies to ensure doctrinal integrity. Collaborate with staff and worship teams to coordinate services, develop the church's mission, and align activities with goals for spiritual growth. Provide spiritual guidance and counseling, conduct visitation to members in hospitals and private residences, and officiate weddings, funerals, and baptisms. Oversee ministerial staff, manage the budget with lay leadership, moderate church business meetings, and mentor the Elders toward gospel ministry.
