Job Summary

The Parts / Service -Project and Reporting Specialist supports the launch and implementation of key projects for Toyota Motor Corporation Australia’s Parts, Service and Insurance team. Responsibilities include developing and delivering key reporting and insights focusing on parts, accessories and service operations; collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to facilitate timely project delivery; analyzing market trends and dealer performance to identify growth opportunities; contributing to pricing, inventory and service delivery strategies to improve efficiencies and competitiveness; and providing strategic input into business cases, performance reviews and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The role is full-time, max-term (until January 2027), based at CHQ Port Melbourne, with a hybrid working arrangement (home and office) and opportunities for career development within Toyota. Primary location: Port Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Extensive experience in automotive aftersales
  • Understanding of the automotive industry including vehicle sales, parts & service operations, and finance & insurance operations
  • Experience in the strategic planning, implementation and standardisation of operational growth initiatives
