Job Summary
Process and manage collision facility parts from sourcing to repair staging, including receiving orders, verifying shipments, and processing invoices. Assist estimators with parts pricing, availability, and vendor confirmations while mirroring parts to management systems for accuracy. Organize inventory, stage carts for production, and track outstanding orders or credits. Provide daily updates on ETAs and repair status to estimators, technicians, and production staff. Maintain a safe, organized receiving area and adhere to health and safety guidelines. Work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Valid 'G' Class Driver's license
- Have up to date WHMIS training
- Knowledge of Information Security PIPEDA
- Computer literate with proficiency using basic programs such as Windows and Outlook
- A sense of urgency
- Attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of inventory management and systems an asset i.e. (car part.com, OE Link, PartsKick)
- Knowledge of BodyShopConnect System is an asset
