Job Summary
Senior Partnerships Analyst to support Risepoint's UK/EMEA partnerships with a focus on data management, Salesforce reconciliation, dashboard development, trend analysis, and actionable insights to drive enrollment, retention, and partnership growth. You will maintain data integrity across systems, produce regular performance reports, translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions and optimize the student lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong Salesforce data experience (data management, reconciliation, reporting)
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
- Comprehensive knowledge of statistics and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience developing reporting, analysis, forecasting, or performance-tracking tools
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills with a track record of delivering value-driven solutions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to build credibility and relationships across teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or BI tools (nice to have)
- Experience collaborating across international teams or matrixed organizations (nice to have)
