Job Summary

Senior Partnership Manager for EMEA responsible for driving growth by securing new brand partnerships across industries, negotiating offers and commission arrangements, and delivering value to corporate clients and concierge members. You will manage end-to-end partner relationships, monitor performance, analyze data to optimize engagement and revenue, and lead a small team to ensure high performance and alignment with the global Retail Offers strategy. The role requires accountability for partnerships, ongoing relationship nurturing, and collaboration with Content and Marketing to maximize exposure of offers and events. The position also emphasizes staying ahead of market trends, developing new supplier ideas, and driving strategic growth across online and offline channels. Hybrid work arrangement with a non-negotiable in-office requirement 2-3 days/week in London.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in procuring products, benefits and offers, contract management and negotiation
  • Broad working knowledge of key retail brands across a range of sectors
  • Ability to initiate and lead on new business initiatives and proposal; aligning with team objectives
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-led service delivery and driving commercial impact
