Job Summary
Senior Partner Success Manager responsible for strategic university partnerships, owning long-term success and growth across the higher education landscape. Drive retention and expansion outcomes, align value with partner priorities, lead renewal discussions, and create account stickiness through multi-threaded engagement. Communicate ROI with executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and quarterly/annual reviews. Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure partner needs are met and new services are launched successfully. Support partners through implementations and campus onboarding by guiding stakeholders through organizational changes, funding shifts, and adoption of new systems. Meet revenue targets through renewals, expansions, and cross-sell, while helping bring new product and services to market. Must be able to translate utilization, access, and outcome data into compelling insights and drive strategic account planning and change management to deliver long-term value for university partners.
Required Qualifications
- Highly skilled in partner success motions, account management, or customer success—preferably in health tech, SaaS, higher education, or clinical services
- Proven success managing long-term, high-touch client relationships with measurable outcomes (renewals, upsells, satisfaction)
- Experience leading executive-level conversations, crafting account plans, and delivering regular business impact reviews
- History of attainment in retention as well as quota (net ARR)
- Demonstrable project management (completing projects on time, under budget, etc.) and communication skills
- Demonstrates accountability and ownership
- Passion for improving access to mental healthcare and equity in higher education
- Brings curiosity, creativity, and care
- Comfort with AI tools for communication, analysis, and workflow automation
