Senior Partner Solution Engineer

Job Summary
Assist partners in building a robust practice with Zscaler through education, co-selling activities, partner labs, and service offering creation. Work closely with Zscaler field teams and partner alignment on joint account engagement, while educating partners using training classes, architecture workshops, and awareness activities focused on guiding outcomes. Collaborate with the Global GSP, MSSP, and Velocity teams on in-theater engagement with strategic partners. Lead cross-departmental collaboration on large, complex SaaS solution opportunities and influence partner direction to drive positive outcomes. Requires 10+ years of technical pre-sales experience and 25% travel to support partner engagements and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical pre-sales experience
- professional services or architecture experience
- Broad and deep understanding of security, networking, authentication, and Internet fundamentals
- Strong understanding of how to navigate large partner organizational structures
- Experience building technical champions that influence partner direction and positive outcomes for our partners, Zscaler, and our joint customers
- Demonstrated to lead cross-departmental collaboration on strategic initiatives
- work on large, complex SaaS solution opportunities
- Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience
- Travel 25% to support partner engagements, industry events, and internal development
