Job Summary
Senior Partner Sales Executive to build and scale ERP and AI automation partner ecosystem across the DACH region. Responsibilities include ecosystem & partner acquisition, revenue & co-selling, and partner enablement. Build and manage partnerships with ERP vendors and implementation partners (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ABAS, Proalpha) to generate pipeline, drive revenue, and develop repeatable co-selling motions. Collaborate with Head of Partnerships and cross-functional teams to align ICPs, GTM priorities, and partner playbooks. Represent the company at industry events and with ecosystem initiatives. Requires 5-7 years of B2B SaaS/ERP partner sales, strong stakeholder management, ownership mindset, and fluency in English and German.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales, or Ecosystem Sales within B2B SaaS or ERP environments
- Proven track record of building partner-generated pipeline and driving revenue through partnerships
- Strong understanding of the DACH ERP landscape
- Experience in co-selling with Resell partners, implementation partners, or consulting firms
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- High degree of ownership, autonomy, and hands-on execution
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong Plus: existing network within SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ABAS, or Proalpha ecosystems
- Experience with AI, automation, workflow, or process optimization solutions
- Familiarity with the Swiss market and Swiss German
