Senior Partner Project Manager

Senior Partner Project Manager responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of big events from contract signing to final close; main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams; coordinates across departments to ensure delivery on time and in scope; communicates product and process needs to HQ, collaborating with product/engineering to consolidate requirements and prioritize them; creates and maintains exhaustive Q&A to support user incidences managed by the support team; ensures all documentation to achieve project goals is in place; on-site presence may be required during launches or key dates; the role requires a degree, 4+ years in project management or consulting, and strong English and Japanese language skills; highly organized, analytical, relationship-driven, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment; hybrid work setup with a central Tokyo office.
