Job Summary
Senior Partner Marketing Manager, APJ to manage APJ partner demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline impact. This is a hybrid role. Build and run an AI-powered partner marketing engine to scale programs, collaborate with Partner Business Managers, Global Partner Marketing, and regional stakeholders to keep programs relevant and high-performing, and lead partner-driven executive/C-level motions to accelerate strategic conversations. Responsibilities include owning APJ partner demand gen strategy and execution to drive partner-sourced pipeline, defining and operationalizing the lead lifecycle with partners, and developing programs with clear objectives and KPIs (e.g., ZDay, PG Booster). Requirements emphasize 7+ years in B2B partner marketing or related fields, AI-first approach, ability to scale programs across distributed teams, and strong stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, demand generation, integrated campaigns, or program management (enterprise tech preferred)
- AI-first operator: actively adopts new AI tools/approaches and uses AI day-to-day to increase speed, quality, and scale
- Proven track record of building programs that drive measurable pipeline and adoption across distributed/matrixed teams
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution basics, program ROI, and operational execution
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills—collaborative, proactive, and comfortable influencing without authority
