Job Summary
Senior Partner Manager for IKEA France at Taskrabbit; own and manage the partnership with IKEA France end-to-end, serve as primary contact, drive growth targets, coordinate across Customer Experience, Fulfillment, After Sales, and other teams; analyze performance across online and stores, report to stakeholders, drive performance improvements, and articulate Taskrabbit’s value proposition to IKEA; requires French native, fluent English, Paris-based, 5+ years in account/partner management, ability to travel within France and to London, and a collaborative, data-driven mindset. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min 5 years professional experience
- Proven experience in account management or client relationship management
- Track record of owning and growing a key partner or client relationship
- Adaptive and problem solver
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity
- French native speaker
- Excellent English language skills
- Paris based
- Willingness to travel within France and to London occasionally
