Job Summary
Senior Partner Enablement Manager responsible for global partner training, academy ownership, and scalable enablement. Deliver partner training sessions on platform features, API connections, integrations, and implementation best practices; manage the partner academy content and learning materials; create setup guides, FAQs, and a scalable knowledge base; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions Consultants to improve enablement content and partner readiness; focus on hands-on enablement with growth into a global partner-facing role. Requires 4–7 years in partner enablement or related roles, strong English communication, and proficiency in German and/or French; experience with SaaS/AI tools, API integrations, and technical onboarding; Barcelona-based with hybrid work option.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Partner Enablement, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Implementation, Technical Training, or similar roles.
- Relevant experience in API integrations, solution implementation, or technical onboarding.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience creating training content, SOPs, documentation, or knowledge bases.
- Good understanding of SaaS platforms, AI tools, automation, or integrations.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Language skills: Professional working proficiency in English (required) and German and/or French (required).
