Senior Partner Enablement Manager

Job Summary
Senior Partner Enablement Manager responsible for delivering partner trainings on Keyfactor solutions, designing and delivering partner training programs and content (presentations, webinars, product guides), and educating partners on products and services. Build and track KPIs to evaluate enablement effectiveness, provide regular management-facing reports, and nurture strong relationships with regional partners as the primary technical champion. Provide ongoing partner support, address technical questions, and facilitate smooth handoffs from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support/Customer Success. Help define business goals, accelerate value through structured project playbooks, and coordinate with sales/global service teams to ensure partners have resources to scope and deliver Keyfactor projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align priorities and messaging, with a focus on training delivery, partner enablement, and continual improvement across enterprise IT environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
