Job Summary
Prospect and pitch new digital marketing agencies to drive growth in the West Region, owning the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing partnerships. Deliver consultative, data-driven presentations that highlight Yelp's advertising solutions and API capabilities for SMBs. Identify key decision-makers within agency organizations and consistently exceed individual quarterly and annual revenue targets. Spend approximately 80% of time on proactive outreach and sales, with 20% dedicated to account management. Provide accurate sales forecasts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding for new partners.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a new business/hunter role
- Strong understanding of CPC advertising models and performance-based media
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Resides within the West Coast (PDT & MDT) time zones of the continental US
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling or working with API-based solutions, especially in the context of digital marketing or ad tech
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and/or Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel (or similar tools)
