Job Summary
Conduct internal audits, inspections, and audits of contractors/subcontractors in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring Program. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations, company procedures, and industry standards including EASA, IOSA, NAA, Part-CAMO, Part-145, and AIR OPS. Manage audit findings, register results, communicate to stakeholders, and follow up on corrective actions. Prepare audit reports for management, auditees, and regulatory authorities while analyzing data to identify trends and risks. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and participate in internal, external, customer, and authority audits. Deliver compliance training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and audit methodologies. Evaluate deviations and ensure all documentation is properly maintained. Support supplier approval and oversight activities including provider evaluation and monitoring processes.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Aviation or a related field
- minimum of 2 years of aviation industry experience
- Previous auditing experience
- Previous experience in Part-145 or CAMO organization
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards, including EASA, IOSA, NAA, Part-CAMO, Part-145, and AIR OPS requirements
- Good command of English, with the ability to understand regulatory documentation and technical instructions
- Knowledge of audit principles, methodologies, and compliance monitoring systems
- Understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and aviation quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently, objectively, and with a high level of professional integrity
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of audits and follow-up actions
