This role requires expertise in both individual and class action cases, with responsibilities including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting attorneys in trial preparations. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in plaintiffs class action wage and hour cases.
Required Qualifications
- Must have existing Plaintiffs class action wage and hour experience
- Legal research in both State and Federal courts nationwide required
- Must be proficient in the discovery process

- Paralegal Certificate a plus!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
