Job Summary
Senior Paralegal to support residential foreclosure matters at MDK. Responsibilities include reviewing case management tasks, preparing, processing and reviewing specialized pleadings, communicating with clients and courts, preparing responses within attorney authority, handling hearing preparation and scheduling, directing client communications, updating client systems, and assisting with training new team members. Required skills include strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office. The role expects four+ years of legal experience (notary public strongly preferred) and a professional, collaborative, growth-oriented work style. The schedule is hybrid (home and office) with a focus on supporting MDK’s culture and mission.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma
- associate’s degree and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
- notary public preferred
- four or more years of work experience within a legal environment
- residential foreclosure experience preferred
