Senior Paralegal – Mass Tort Litigation

Manage and track mass tort cases, deadlines, and case files while drafting discovery, pleadings, and client communications. Assist attorneys with depositions, hearings, and court preparation, maintaining accurate reporting through Litify and related systems. Lead case team meetings to ensure compliance with firm procedures and workflows. Mentor legal assistants and junior paralegals by supporting onboarding, training, staffing recommendations, and team evaluations. Communicate proactively with clients, attorneys, and team members regarding case status and next steps. Help develop case criteria, reporting processes, and matter management systems. This role combines hands-on litigation support with mentorship responsibilities within a collaborative, high-volume plaintiffs' litigation environment.
