Senior Paralegal -Legal Order Process and Customer Dispute Support

Senior Paralegal responsible for legal order process intake, assessment, coordination with support teams to take action on the order, investigation where needed to assess and respond to orders, and preparing responses to third parties. Manage LOP deadlines, identify need for extensions, track and report on LOP activities, and develop subject-matter expertise in associated technologies and case management tools. Provide backup for managing and responding to customer disputes and litigation matters; collaborate with collections, payment, risk, customer service, compliance teams, and other paralegals. Own updates and training on LOP Playbooks, templates, and guidelines; conduct training as needed. Identify and prepare objections to subpoenas and other LOP, work with in-house and opposing counsel, and ensure secure document productions with attention to confidentiality and privilege. Perform legal research to support LOP responses and assess processes to create or refine playbooks and templates to increase efficiency. Lead and participate in cross-team coordination, maintain case matter files, and support weekly management and dispute-team meetings. The role also serves as back-up for escalated customer disputes and litigation, including opening/updating case matters, gathering records, coordinating signing of settlement agreements, and ensuring deadlines. Requires strong communication, independent work, risk awareness, problem solving, and familiarity with tools used for LOP management (e.g., Checkbox and AI tools).
