Job Summary

Coordinate the Company's employment-based immigration program, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, case initiation, document collection, and LCA postings. Serve as the primary contact between external counsel, sponsored employees, managers, and internal teams to manage routine inquiries and escalate complex matters. Develop and maintain procedures, SOPs, templates, and tracking tools to improve program efficiency and compliance. Support pre-hire assessments, extension filings, H-1B lottery participation, and PERM initiation while monitoring key deadlines and compliance risks. Stay current on evolving immigration laws impacting employees and assist with other Legal Team projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business immigration experience
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes, including immigration and nonimmigrant petitions and processes, and immigration compliance concepts
  • Experience working with external immigration counsel and coordinating immigration matters involving employees, candidates, managers, HR, Recruiting, or Legal
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain immigration processes clearly, professionally, and empathetically
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential employee and Company information
  • Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and sound judgment while managing complex information, shifting priorities, and evolving processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating or improving processes, SOPs, trackers, templates, or employee-facing resources
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, HRIS systems, immigration case management systems, or similar business tools

Desired Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
