Senior Paralegal/Executive Admin

Job Summary
Conduct executive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and liaison duties between leadership, the Board of Directors, and external counsel. Manage corporate governance activities by organizing sensitive documentation, coordinating signatures, and preparing executive-ready reports for review. Review and edit legal documents, track subpoenas and discovery requests, and conduct legal research on statutes and regulations. Prepare written correspondence and assist with regulatory filings and title-related compliance matters. Maintain organized records across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and UDrive while handling urgent communications with professionalism. Requires 100% onsite attendance in the Pontiac office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate, or equivalent relevant Legal, Compliance, corporate governance, or executive support experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a law firm, legal department, governance support, executive support, or similar legal-support environment creating, organizing, reviewing, or editing legal documents and leadership materials
- Experience performing legal research and the ability to understand, organize, and summarize legal, regulatory, governance, or compliance information
- Knowledge of litigation, subpoenas, discovery, contracts, and standard elements of legal documents or agreements
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, communication, and document-preparation skills
- Excellent organization, multitasking, prioritization, follow-through, and ability to shift quickly as business needs change
- High sense of urgency, strong client-service mindset, and ability to support internal and external stakeholders professionally
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and document management tools
- Commitment to continuous business improvement, process efficiency, accuracy, and proactive team support
- On-site attendance required, including the ability to run errands out of the office when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, communication, and document-preparation skills; experience with minutes or governance materials is a plus
- Corporate governance, board materials, policy acknowledgment, DocuSign, legal operations, or executive leadership support experience
- Title, employment law, licensing, regulatory filing, MERS, servicing, settlement agent oversight, or mortgage-related legal experience
- Experience coordinating across Legal, Compliance, HR, executive leadership, business partners, and administrative teams
