Job Summary
Oversee and develop litigation staff across various markets by driving performance in alignment with team objectives and business goals. Monitor and enforce compliance of case staff while promoting a positive work environment, and audit case files to ensure employees work efficiently and meet metrics. Resolve roadblocks by managing support from departments like Learning & Development, I.T., and H.R., and establish additional processes for auditing performance. Facilitate case staff training with the internal Learning and Development Team and guide staff to negotiate claims proactively to settlement. Onboard new hires, facilitate shadowing with other litigation staff, and build relationships with case staff and attorneys in each region. This role is on-site at Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting consumer rights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of paralegal or litigation experience in the personal injury industry
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
- Be adaptable, curious and creatively solve problems in an evolving space, capable of managing complexity while maintaining a sense of balance
- This role is on-site
