Job Summary
Manage and maintain case files, records, and documentation within the matter management system while coordinating discovery efforts, including data collection, organization, and production. Issue, track, and manage litigation holds to ensure compliance with legal requirements, and draft routine legal documents such as subpoenas, affidavits, and settlement agreements. Conduct fact-finding to gather relevant documentation for dispute resolution and prepare litigation and compliance reports. Oversee service of process activities and develop dashboards to monitor team performance metrics. Collaborate with Finance partners to process legal settlements and manage invoices. This role requires 4-6 years of experience and an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies. The position is located in Plymouth, MN, on a hybrid schedule.
