Job Summary
Prepare and distribute board meeting agendas, minutes, and related documentation while maintaining records of resolutions and ensuring governance compliance. Assist in developing operational policies, managing internal compliance tracking systems, and coordinating annual and quarterly filings to the US EPA. Draft ancillary legal documents such as NDAs and vendor agreements, support financing closings by compiling signed documents, and manage legal counsel procurement and invoices. Handle hiring and onboarding including background checks, and provide general administrative support for the legal team. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal certification, and 5+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven self-starter with a strong ability to take initiative and drive projects independently
- Strong knowledge of legal processes and documentation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications
