Job Summary
Senior CyberArk SME/Lead Engineer to own design, governance, delivery, optimization, and strategic roadmap of CyberArk Privilege Cloud, EPM, CCP, and Conjur across enterprise PAM. Lead engineering teams, stakeholders, vendors, and transformation programs. Responsibilities include owning CyberArk architecture, leading rollout, designing scalable PAM solutions for infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and endpoints; onboarding servers, databases, service accounts, and cloud admins; governing PSM connectors for various applications; setting development standards for connectors/plugins; defining PAM operating model, RBAC, SoD, and recertification; leading secrets management for CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and machine identities; integrating with Entra ID, Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, SIEM, ITSM, and DevOps tools; reducing show/copy password usage; leading DR/HA and resiliency; managing escalations and audits; mentoring engineers; with mandatory CyberArk expertise and related certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 9–12 years total with minimum 7+ years CyberArk experience
- Mandatory Certifications: CyberArk CDE (preferred), CyberArk Sentry (preferred), Defender preferred
- Strong CyberArk Privilege Cloud and EPM experience
- Strong CCP and Conjur implementation experience
- Secrets management for CI/CD pipelines
- RBAC/SoD and access recertification
- Architecture, governance, and enterprise rollout of PAM platforms
- Cloud and DevOps integrations
- PowerShell / Python / REST APIs
