Job Summary
Senior SEA Consultant responsible for spotting client challenges with the team and driving solutions. Leverage automation and data within campaigns, including AI, to improve performance. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with key metrics and recommendations. Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly. Drive innovation within the Paid Search team by championing new approaches and methodologies. Deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex concepts during sales meetings and client workshops. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals. Serve as the direct point of contact with clients for SEA-related matters and contribute to client growth through upselling.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in creating, managing and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
- Directly available to start working from our Skopje office
- Full working proficiency in the English language
