Job Summary
Own paid search acquisition across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads by building, launching, and scaling campaigns across multiple countries. Manage campaign structure, keyword clustering, bidding strategies, and budgets while continuously analyzing performance to optimize spend and maintain acquisition efficiency. Personally oversee significant daily budgets, conduct keyword expansion and query analysis, test ad copy, and ensure accurate conversion tracking by reconciling platform data with internal revenue metrics. Maintain healthy accounts through policy compliance and issue resolution, communicating clear performance insights to Product, Analytics, and Growth teams. Join a newly created business unit from the ground up to build the acquisition engine for a new consumer product in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns
- Strong expertise in Google Ads
- Practical experience managing Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Experience personally owning significant monthly advertising budgets
- Proven success scaling paid search while maintaining performance
- Strong knowledge of campaign structure, keyword management, bidding strategies, automation, pacing, and optimisation
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, server-side conversions, attribution, and their practical limitations
- Experience validating advertising platform data against internal analytics or backend reporting
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence making fast, data-driven decisions
- Experience working with B2C subscription products or large-scale e-commerce businesses

- Experience using BI tools and SQL for independent analysis
