Senior Paid Media Manager

Senior Paid Media Manager to lead paid acquisition across a multi-brand portfolio serving licensed healthcare and wellness professionals. Own paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and paid social (Meta) strategy and execution, including campaign planning, creative testing, landing page alignment, tracking, optimization, and performance reporting. Partner cross-functionally with brand marketing, SEO, lifecycle/email, creative, analytics, and web teams to scale customer acquisition and revenue growth, with a key priority of transitioning paid media execution from agency to in-house with minimal disruption and improved operational rigor. Responsibilities include translating revenue goals into acquisition strategies, building channel forecasts, managing and optimizing campaigns, designing account structures, executing full-funnel strategies, leading structured creative testing, collaborating on landing page experiments, maintaining measurement and reporting, owning conversion tracking accuracy (GA4, GTM, pixels), budget management, and governance to ensure brand safety and healthcare-adjacent compliance. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience with healthcare education, CRM/Lifecycle platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and performance advertising frameworks is preferred.
