Job Summary
Senior Paid Ads Specialist responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and remarketing channels to drive customer acquisition and business growth. Key duties include performance optimisation through bidding strategies and audience analysis, data analysis and insight generation to inform decisions, leading A/B testing and experimentation, and ensuring compliance with platform policies and relevant regulations. Collaborates with marketing teams, analysts, CRM, and creative partners, and communicates in Polish and English to align paid advertising with wider business objectives and customer journeys. Hybrid role based in Warsaw with 2 days in the office per week; hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and related reporting tools is required.
