Senior Packaging Program Manager

Job Summary
Own and continuously improve Loop's packaging milestone framework across all New Product Development programs. Build and maintain the packaging roadmap to ensure timelines align across multiple concurrent product launches. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Design, and external manufacturing partners to drive initiatives from concept through mass production. Proactively identify risks in sourcing, tooling, and production while managing resources and budgets. Provide clear status updates for leadership reporting and maintain consistency across all projects. This role requires 8+ years of experience in packaging engineering or program management, with fluency in English. Interviews occur between July and August, with a target start date of October.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in packaging, program management, project management, engineering, or consumer product development
- Experience delivering packaging for consumer products from concept through mass production
- Strong understanding of packaging manufacturing, tooling, material sourcing, and NPI/NPD development processes
- Experience working directly with Contract Manufacturers and OEM partners
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent English
