Senior Packaging Program Manager

Job Summary
Own and improve the packaging milestone framework across all New Product Development programs, building and maintaining the roadmap to ensure timelines align for multiple concurrent launches. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Design, and external manufacturing partners to drive initiatives from concept through mass production, proactively identifying risks in sourcing, tooling, and production while managing resources and budgets. Provide clear status updates to leadership and enforce consistency, structure, and best practices across all projects. This role requires 8+ years of experience in packaging engineering or program management, with fluency in English. Interviews occur between July 22 and August 14, with a target start date of October 5.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in packaging, program management, project management, engineering, or consumer product development
- Experience delivering packaging for consumer products from concept through mass production
- Strong understanding of packaging manufacturing, tooling, material sourcing, and NPI/NPD development processes
- Experience working directly with Contract Manufacturers and OEM partners
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent English
