Job Summary
Transform creative concepts into production-ready mechanicals, specifications, and print-ready artwork, ensuring every packaging asset is executed with precision and intent. Apply ALO's brand standards and packaging architecture across diverse formats, adapting solutions to meet unique product and production requirements. Own the accuracy of packaging content by maintaining deep understanding of labeling requirements and regulatory standards. Review and manage artwork files throughout the production lifecycle, overseeing version control and final quality assurance prior to release. Partner with the Creative team to build and evolve packaging libraries, component systems, and production templates. Collaborate with Project Managers to refine workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Strong design sensibility and systems-thinking mindset
- A thoughtful and resourceful problem solver
- 5+ years of experience in packaging production, production design, or packaging artwork
- Strong expertise in print production, mechanicals, dielines, and production-ready file preparation
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience reviewing and managing packaging copy, product information, labeling requirements, and artwork accuracy
- Experience managing complex artwork files, technical specifications, and version control processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design workflows
- Knowledge of packaging materials, print finishes, color standards, and production specifications
- Experience working with consumer brands, beauty, wellness, fashion, or luxury products
