Senior Packaging Engineer

Senior Packaging Engineer on the MVP Team to identify cost-saving opportunities across packaging formats, lead technical delivery of standard projects, and collaborate with Brand, Finance and cross-functional partners. Responsibilities include leading experiments and plant trials, hands-on package testing and prototyping in state-of-the-art labs, developing and issuing technical specifications, evaluating packaging materials and technologies, and driving sustainability-forward packaging innovations. Requires strong collaboration, analytical, and communication skills, with travel up to 20-40% and ability to work with internal/external partners; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Degree: Bachelor's in Packaging/Engineering (Master's preferred); minimum 5 years in packaging (CPG preferred).
