Senior Packaging, Compliance & ESG Coordinator (6 month fixed term contract)

Job Summary
Lead packaging compliance activities across key legislation including PPWR, EPR, and UK Plastic Tax, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered. Own the analysis and reporting of packaging data, managing supplier follow-up and evidence gathering to identify gaps and drive actions to completion. Drive the use of traceable, nominated, and preferred packaging materials while advising teams on best practices and identifying improvement opportunities. Support preferred fibre and certification capture using systems like Segura, Vision, and Origin to analyze verification results and provide progress updates. Develop internal communications, training, and best practice guidance while keeping up to date with new legislation and industry innovations. This 6-month fixed term role reports to the ESG Manager and supports Reiss' growing sustainability function.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience in ESG, sustainability, packaging compliance or a related field
- strong understanding of environmental legislation and compliance
- knowledge of areas such as EPR, UK Plastic Tax and PPWR
- confidence working with data, analysing information and identifying trends or gaps
- strong Excel and systems skills
- highly organised
