Senior P6 Project Planner

Job Summary
Senior P6 Project Planner responsible for developing integrated project programmes using Primavera P6, producing Work Breakdown Structures, identifying and mitigating risks, defining milestones and deliverables, and producing tender and contract programmes under NEC. Must collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources and productivity, lead schedule reviews and reporting, ensure governance and best-practice adherence, and mentor junior planners. Role is based primarily at the Mold project office in Wales with occasional travel to project sites and client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior planning role within utilities, civil engineering, or major infrastructure
- Expert working knowledge of Primavera P6; familiarity with MSP
- Strong understanding of the NEC form of contract and associated planning requirements
- Demonstrable ability to build, manage, and interrogate complex project schedules
- High-level analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior teams and clients
