Job Summary
Senior P&O Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to business units, partnering with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals. Responsibilities include coaching managers and employees on policies and procedures, facilitating performance management processes, handling employee relations and investigations, driving recruitment and selection, analyzing HR metrics, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with HR teams to implement initiatives. Required: bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or related field, at least 5 years HR experience with 2+ in an HRBP role, and strong communications, analytical, and project-management skills. Preferred: HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) and experience with HRIS and data analytics.
