Lead Outsystems projects as a Senior Outsystems Developer, mentoring junior developers and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of software development experience, specializing in Outsystems
- At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem
- Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
- Outsystems certification(s) is highly regarded
