Job Summary
Senior Outsource Producer responsible for building and sustaining efficient relationships with external partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of AAA features and content. Drive planning and execution for outsourced development, manage scheduling and scope, onboard and manage external vendors, establish pipelines and best practices for external development and asset tracking, monitor progress and risks, and report to studio leadership on budgets, risks, and partner performance. Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and deliverables, align with project goals and quality standards, and support delivery across multiple time zones using tools like JIRA and Perforce.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in production, outsourcing, or a related role within game development
- Experience managing external vendors or co-development teams across multiple time zones
- Strong understanding of AAA game development pipelines, particularly art, asset creation, and world-building workflows
- Proficiency with production and version control tools such as JIRA and Perforce
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines
- Ability to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
