Job Summary
Meet or exceed assigned annual gross margin budgets by promoting and selling products to complex accounts within your territory while adhering to company pricing policies. Handle customer complaints promptly and report potential claims, maintaining current records and assisting in collecting past due accounts. Carry out sales and merchandise programs as directed, recommend new stock items, and participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings. Demonstrate products after sale when necessary and keep management informed of local competition and market conditions. This role requires extensive travel, including some overnight trips, and utilizes a personal vehicle with a reimbursement program.
