Job Summary

Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for consumers while assisting in the development of the outpatient clinical team to meet service demand. Provide ongoing clinical support to team members and assist staff in at-risk situations. Perform psychosocial assessments and utilize electronic health record systems, with up to 100% travel between appointment sites as outlined in program requirements. Requires a Master's degree in a clinical discipline and active supervision toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT), with Level I candidates needing one year of experience and Level II candidates requiring two years and full licensure. Competitive pay ranges from $51,450 to $57,900 annually for full-time, hybrid/remote positions.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline
  • Must have a verified clinical practicum
  • At least 1 year of experience with either a CASSP service system, or employed by a licensed mental health services agency, or subcontracted agency, or other master's level mental health clinicians with documents training in the field of behavioral modification techniques
  • Actively participating in supervision toward a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (i.e. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Must be licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (i.e. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations – as outlined in program requirements
  • Must be proficient in use of electronic health record system
  • Must be proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments

Desired Qualifications
