Job Summary
Senior Outerwear Developer to own end-to-end development for menswear and womenswear outerwear collections, ensuring alignment with design vision, innovation goals, performance and premium product requirements, as well as commercial objectives. Collaborate with Design, Sourcing, and Pattern teams to translate concepts into feasible, high-quality products; provide technical expertise and support key decision-making throughout the development process. Drive supplier collaboration with Europe/Asia suppliers to meet cost targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Oversee product quality from development to final production in close collaboration with the Quality team. Work with product developers and the creative team to guide designers and product managers. Requires 6+ years in outerwear or technical apparel product development, fluent English, strong knowledge of outerwear construction, technical fabrics, membranes, and functional materials, and experience with international suppliers including factory visits. Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator; PLM knowledge is a plus; highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in outerwear or technical apparel product development
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of outerwear construction, technical fabrics, membranes, and functional materials
- Experience working with international suppliers in Europe and Asia, including factory visits and production follow-up
- Strong organizational and project management skills with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator; PLM knowledge is a plus
- Proactive, hands-on team player with a passion for fashion and functional wear
