Senior Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner

Assess patient health and well-being across a complex caseload while assisting in the delivery of care and setting up for cases. Support Consultant-led surgeries of varying complexity by carrying out exemplary scrub duties in a theatre setting. Develop appropriate care plans considering perioperative risks and wellbeing, and actively promote best practice to contribute toward quality improvements. Organize data to interpret information for colleagues and assist in the day-to-day running of theatres.
