Job Summary
Senior Organizational Development Manager responsible for organization design and effectiveness, change management, leadership and team effectiveness, performance and internal movement, talent and organization reviews, and measurement/continuous improvement. Leads design of operating models, role clarity, workforce planning, change management strategies (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci), supports leaders through transformations, designs leadership development solutions, drives policy design for performance management and promotion, conducts talent and organizational health initiatives, partners with HRBP on organization and talent reviews, defines success metrics, and evolves OD tools and frameworks. Requires a Bachelor's and 8+ years in OD, with preferred Master's, and strong pharma/biotech domain knowledge, executive communication, and multi-region experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in organizational development, leadership management, culture development, with a proven track record of global or multi-region involvement
- Strong understanding of organizational development theory, practices, and industry trends, working experience as a consultant is preferred
- Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including English language proficiency; additional fluency in Mandarin or Dutch languages preferred
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptable to the fast-paced culture and environment of the biotech industry
